Transform Your Life with Menopause Coaching

While we can gain a lot through menopause, making the transition can be a tricky time for women. Things are changing, and it’s largely out of our control. For many of us, the changes are quite unwelcome and unsettling:

  • Brain fog - difficulty with concentration, focus & memory
  • Hot flushes & night sweats
  • Sleep disturbance
  • Fatigue & lack of energy
  • Muscle pain & joint ache
  • Weight gain


Along with the physical symptoms, we can also experience changes in our mood and mental health:

  • Irritability & mood swings
  • Feeling low & down
  • Anxiety & stress
  • Sadness and grief
  • Feeling lost, confused & just not like yourself


And while all this is going on, we’re dealing with other midlife stressors, like aging parents, teenage children, empty nests, grandchildren, health challenges, changing roles, changes in relationships, and career changes. 


Many women feel completely fine and unphased by all this, but many others feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and, frankly, fed up.
